Effective date: March 13, 2026
Your brewing data lives on your device — we don't collect it, store it, or sell it. We use Firebase for crash reports and basic usage data so we can keep improving the app.
Everything you log — beans, brews, equipment, preferences — stays on your device. We don't upload or store any of it on our servers. If your data leaves your device through backups or syncing, that's covered by those services' own privacy policies.
We use Firebase for two things:
Both are Google services. See Firebase's privacy documentation for how Google handles this data.
No sign-up, no account. We don't track you across apps or websites, and we don't share data with advertisers.
Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics are the only third-party services we use. Your brewing content — beans, brews, gear — is never sent to us or any third party.
Pourfolio isn't designed for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Delete the app and all your local data goes with it. Crash and usage data already sent to Firebase follows Google's data retention policies.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
